Marco was my salesman and was a great help throughout the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't rush me into anything. Even when it came time to signing papers, Marco was very nice to my friend (who was my ride to dealership) and pulled her mobility van into their garage so her vehicle could stay warm and so when it was time to leave she was able to push her daughter (who has special needs and is in wheel chair/stroller) into the van without having her go into the cold. Thank you so much Marco and Sullivan Team for helping me and making this possible, I really appreciate it! More

Excellent experience I was contacted by the dealership after looking at Buick at the auto show. Another Wonderful Experience !! Shelley Barr was our salesgirl at Bill Sullivan Buick GMC last Thursday afternoon. We took our GMC Terrain Denali in for an oil change and we ended up buying an All Terrain Canyon pickup truck !! This is our second vehicle from Sullivan. I highly recommend this dealership ! Shelley Barr stepped up and assured us if the car didn't have what we wanted she could help us get it exactly right. When we came in for the second visit we were happily surprised with the equipment on the car, as well as how Shelley and Mike Audino went the extra mile to help us get the right deal to insure a satisfactory experience. We also found Brian Poteracki in the service department more than willing to explain all the benefits of servicing our vehicle at Sullivan. Shelley also took time to show us how the prices are competitive when compared to most car maintenance providers. Finally Mike O'Connell made the final step easy with his easy going approach to all the usual finance details. Car buying is something I never look forward to, but everyone we came in contact with, including other sales technicians exceeded all our expectations. More
