Buying my second Regal from Sullivan About three weeks ago, I had an accident. A couple days later, the estimator from the body shop told me that my car was going to be totaled. I bought that car from Sullivan Buick. I look at several cars online. I found another Regal from Sullivan Buick. On Monday evening, I went to Sullivan. Fortunately, Chris Lahey was working that night. He was the salesman that sold me my previous car. I drove the car and I decided to buy it. Chris asked me to fill out my credit profile online. I completed the form but I was not able to submit it. Samantha Edwards sent me a link so that I didn't have to go through the dealer website. I still couldn't submit the form but it wasn't her fault. When I went to sign the paperwork to purchase the car, I dealt with Mike O'Connell. He was enjoyable to talk to and remembered things from when I bought my first car. I would recommend Sullivan Buick GMC without hesitation More

As a pleasant surprise, we walked out the door shortly after (vs spending hours on the signing process and talking about additional offers, etc). I dealt with Samantha (in Sales); Lou; and Mike Ayoub. They were all wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Lou and Mike were honest about the vehicle; and the inspection that was done on it. I didn’t even test drive the vehicle; due to me living miles from the location; and trusted them. When I received the vehicle; it was spectacular. I was very please. Mike made sure that I was pleased with the vehicle; and he made sure that I obtained all the paperwork that I needed; in order to register the vehicle; in my name. My entire experience with Sullivan Buick GMC was GREAT; I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great vehicle; at a reasonable price; and no hassle. More
