SD Ford service does not answer their phones. If a call goes to voice mail, the call is not returned. My service involved two recalls, so there was NO charge. Look a few questions down. If you want to use a service department as an example of how it should be done, then this is the one. Keith, Heather, Lou and the rest of the staff are the absolute best! The reason I have purchased and own how it should be done, then this is the one. Keith, Heather, Lou and the rest of the staff are the absolute best! The reason I have purchased and owned only Fords from Salerno Duane since 1992 is because of Keith and his staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and have kept all our vehicles in the best condition both mechanically and safety wise for over 30 years. I am always confident that I can put my wife and family in our vehicles with no worries. But most of all if you can TRUST the staff. They are like family, and I trust them implicitly. Keep up the great work! More
