I am a Service Consultant for Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I decided I wanted to work in the auto industry when I was in high school, A.A. Stagg High School. I am from Hickory Hills but now live in Plainfield and attended Moraine Valley Community College. I have been in the auto industry for twenty three years and eleven years with Advantage. I have received Service Consultant Top Honors from 2010-2019 and completed the Volkswagen Fast Track Technician Training Program in 1999. I have just recently received the General Motors Mark of Excellence Achievement for Certified Top Performer for outstanding product knowledge and customer service. I am also a 2019 Certified Technology Expert Service and a 2010-2019 Certified Service Consultant.

Car came in for a after warranty factory notice. The service department also did a free inspection and noted that the needed replacement which I appreciated. I wanted to have it done by you and you quot service department also did a free inspection and noted that the needed replacement which I appreciated. I wanted to have it done by you and you quoted about $250. I did not feel it was reasonable and I would have you do jt if it was around $150, even though I knew could purchase a battery for about $100 and intall it myself (which I did). I was willing to pay a premium and have you do it because of the way I was treated by your service department.
