Excellent, prompt service Visiting Temecula from Northern California and had some A/C issues on a Friday. Samantha said she could diagnose on Sat but would have to set an appo Visiting Temecula from Northern California and had some A/C issues on a Friday. Samantha said she could diagnose on Sat but would have to set an appointment for repair for the following Wed. I left the car Friday night and received a call from Samantha before noon on Sat, advising me that the car was repaired and suggested that I have my oil changed and tires rotated. Everything was completed by 2pm that day and they also gave me a courtesy car wash. Samantha is the most kind, understanding, friendly and courteous service representative that I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of car ownership. One of the things that really impressed me about Samantha was that she under promised and over delivered.. I was so impressed with the service and promptness of this dealership, I am considering having my brakes done prior to my return to Northern California.
