Great experience for out of state buyer I was picked up from the airport in style in a new 2016 XJ Jaguar. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Samantha. During this time Samantha was very responsive to all my questions and she kept me updated on the availability of the car. Because of Samantha's hard work on this deal I was able to surprise my wife with a car for Christmas. Even though this dealership is about 500 miles away from me, I would still do business again with Fort Myers Range Rover if the opportunity presented itself. More

Even before I made it in to the dealership she assisted me, and when I finally did make it in to meet her in person, her warmth made the experience that much better. Morgan was also VERY helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. They are extremely relatable. And, I am a difficult customer. Both Nick and Samantha were patient, fair and knowledgeable throughout the process. They worked very hard to address my concerns, they were open about the pricing of the trade and the new car. And, after a lot of discussions the dealership did not have the car that was a perfect fit for me so, they again worked hard to find the perfect car for me. And, as a result of their efforts, I did purchase a new Range Rover from them. I found Nick to be very professional but also understanding of the customers point of view in purchasing an expensive new vehicle. Samantha was knowledgeable, considerate and responsive throughout the process. And finally Morgan handled the paper work efficiently and made the "closing" an enjoyable experience.
