This was more then I had ever expected from a GM. His sales associate Samantha was really great to work with. In making my choice of vehicle to purchase, Samantha was very knowledgeable with the vehicle and did a really great job. Samantha kept me posted with the process and found all the answers to every question that I had and never kept me in the dark. I put on about 35 to 40 thousand miles a year and lead a very busy lifestyleso when it comes to buying a car, I do my research and if I like the car I Drive, I buy it because time is money. I need to get in, get out, and get back to work. I've dealt with every kind of dealership, but I have never had the personal experience I had as was delivered to me by Land Rover of Fort Myers.Samantha was not pushy, and carefully listen to everything I told her,and then went out of her way to make things happen exactly the way I wanted them too. I was actually impressed with the people she works with I'm her boss all the way to the service department.I've never had a sales person or a dealership work as hard as they did for my business. They were trying to do much more than sell me a car, they were seriously taking steps to find a relationship that would last.
