I called Sam in the Service Department about having my vehicle looked at . She told me that she had to look into my warranty policy and would call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard from her the rest of vehicle looked at . She told me that she had to look into my warranty policy and would call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard from her the rest of the day. I called back the next morning and she told me that she had gotten busy the day before and it slipped her mind to call me back. Her exact words. Had a wheel locks installed , when I went to the vehicle I asked the rep where was the key she had no knowledge.
