Hello Cecilia, thanks for following up with me regarding the latest MB annual service done on my vehicle. I would like to mention couple comments: Comparing the service received from MB Portland to my prev the latest MB annual service done on my vehicle. I would like to mention couple comments: Comparing the service received from MB Portland to my previous car Toyota Camry, Toyota dealer appears to be much better in many ways: 1- The receipt which states all services done on my vehicle is all acronyms and there was no explanation of that, it had me thinking what was changed or quantity of engine oil was replaced. I would like an easy to read/understand summary of the services done to the vehicle. 2- Time duration of the service. I dropped my car sharply at 7am thinking it'll take 2-3 hours of service but it ended up taking around 5hrs. More precise info for the customer is needed. 3- Complimentary after service car wash. When I picked the car after you guys called me, dirt was still visible on body 'thanks for helping me cleaning that' also the interior of the car was not done. Better service is needed as I pay close attention to the level of cleanness both inside and outside. I appreciate all what MB of Portland done and doing nonetheless my expectations were much higher from a reputed MB name and I'm disappointed as I truly experienced much better CS from Toyota Dealer. I bought a BZ certified car and found a problem on the very same day of buying. I sent the car back to the dealership for diagnose three days later and left myself without any loaner's car for the next fo very same day of buying. I sent the car back to the dealership for diagnose three days later and left myself without any loaner's car for the next four days. I had to take the car back after the fourth day because the other car in my household Was not available neither. They didn't find out the cause of the problem and said over the phone that they would schedule another time for check with a loaner's car when I picked the car up. The truth is nobody ever cared to book me another appointment when I picked up. I had to do it myself later over the phone. Putting all those aside, it shouldn't even happen at the first place because it is a certified car! It should have been checked and fixed before I bought it. More

Dealer trying to sell services unrequited. Wash fluid reservoir to be flushed and refilled, lube door seals useless tasks that they can charge the customer and not do anything.
