I recently traded my Subaru Ascent for a newer Ascent. I worked with Nealy, their tradeup advantage coordinator. Due to the car shortage and logistics issues, I unfortunately had a less than ideal wait tim worked with Nealy, their tradeup advantage coordinator. Due to the car shortage and logistics issues, I unfortunately had a less than ideal wait time to acquire my new vehicle. However, Nealy was beyond professional. She kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to this, once the vehicle arrive, she did the majority of the prep work before we arrived at the dealership. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I would sincerely recommend her services to anyone looking to trade up. More

Grand Subaru was the LEAST pushy dealership I have ever experienced (and I used to work at a dealership)! We came in on a whim to just look and were treated wonderfully. Matt answered all of my goofy quest experienced (and I used to work at a dealership)! We came in on a whim to just look and were treated wonderfully. Matt answered all of my goofy questions and showed me all sorts of options, all while NOT pushing me into a sale. When I said "I'll take it" he even asked if I wanted to sleep on it and come back. WHAT DEALER DOES THAT!! I knew right then and there I was making the RIGHT choice! I would come back here again, but, it's a Subaru, so, gods willing, I won't need a new car for another decade or 2! More
