After getting quotes from our local dealer, we quickly decided to make the trip to save thousands! Our experience was certainly up to their high standards. We got a great deal and a perfect delivery! One small issue cropped up, and it was taken care of. That's when you really know what level of commitment a dealership has to customer satisfaction. We had already completed the deal, and completed a PERFECT Subaru Survey. They continued to treat us like family. I asked for a service check pre-delivery, and the service department went above and beyond expectations to insure we were taken care of. I have ALWAYS found something wrong with a new car when purchased. Usually several things. This is the first time we had a perfect delivery! No surprise "fees", excellent instructions, and superb follow up. And no return trips to a dealer for any warranty work. THANKS Cameron and Sandy!!! We can't figure out how to give 6 stars.... More
