Negotiated an excellent deal online with home delivery I located the car that best car for me (2020 Elantra SEL) thru their extensive stock. The online price was very strongly discounted(over $3200) plus I located the car that best car for me (2020 Elantra SEL) thru their extensive stock. The online price was very strongly discounted(over $3200) plus Hyundai rebates were at very high levels (totaling $3000) It made this deal a no brainer! A $21K+ auto for under $15K. out the door with Tax, Tags, & Dealer fees for $16,650 Negotiations were professionally completed over the phone with Mr Holliday The deal was made by noon, I completed finance application online and the salesman Deon delivered to my car to my home before sunset. Even after delivery Sarah Herr called me and made sure a couple minor issues were properly straightened out. A very good experience with the team at Heritage Hyundai! More

Even though I wasn’t able to get a loan no one asked me to take a test drive and I wasn’t even told what my trade-in value was on my car. I had no interaction other than the sales person.
