Worst Customer Service by New Car Sales I spoke with Richard Wiess for a new car that I was looking for and scheduled time to visit the dealership although they didn't have the exact trim in I spoke with Richard Wiess for a new car that I was looking for and scheduled time to visit the dealership although they didn't have the exact trim in stock. I was told I could work on a deal for an incoming vehicle and put a deposit for delivery. I drove about 45 mins to this dealership to do just that and when I got there with my family, we provided all the info to Richard who then said he'd need 2 days to work everything out and assured us he can work out a deal within our budget and needs. That's it. We never heard back from Richard after that visit unless we called multiple times, left voicemails, and asked for the receptionist to find him and get him on the phone. We wasted a week of our time on this instead of being out there working with a more professional sales team. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Totally met our expectations - great experience! We were shopping for a new 2020 Sante Fe SEL w/convenience package in White w/Black & Beige interior. I had gone to truecar and received several call We were shopping for a new 2020 Sante Fe SEL w/convenience package in White w/Black & Beige interior. I had gone to truecar and received several calls from dealers in the area. First we went to the dealer where I had purchased my 2018 Sonata Sport figuring we'd get a good deal there. We test drove the car there and loved it. They were willing to work with us on the price based on the quote I received from Heritage Hyundai of Towson (Sarah Herr the Internet manager). But while we were there for over 3 hours...they couldn't find a car for us...hemmed and hawed about the trade in and ended up telling us to take our trade in to Carmax because they couldn't even match Carmax' offer. I found the car in Pennsylvania (over 75 miles away) while the salesman and manager where trying to find one. Not impressed. They also wouldn't give us 0% Financing for 72 months. So we set a time to go see Stan at Heritage. Not only did Stan make the entire process painless, he as well as the Sales Manager Justin were able to get the car for us from PA, give us an even better price AND give us more for our trade in than Carmax offered. I usually leave a dealer feeling like I had been taken no matter what "deal" I may have gotten. Not this time. Excellent communication, no pressure and they made us feel like they really wanted us to be happy with their service. I can't recommend Heritage Hyundai of Towson enough and Stan G and Justin were GREAT to work with. Get your Hyundai here! More
