The price was amazing and super affordable, but honestly what convinced me to take the trip was the quality customer service. I initially scoped out my car via their online third party chat service. This confirmed with me that the car was still available at Saturday 2am. The service is super convenient and allowed me to know a lot about the car before even calling However, the real service began once I reached out to them directly. When I called, they promptly connected me to their associates and they filled me on all the details. After the call, their e-mail response were prompt and always willing to answer my infinite amount of questions. After details were confirmed I booked my flight. Upon arriving at Baltimore, my sales associate picked me up from airport and gave me a brisk tour of Baltimore (great city). At the dealership, they continued to answer all my questions, provide me assurance on my purchase, and had great conversations. And they made sure I was well hydrated (hydration is key). I have never before been treated this way at a car dealership, and 10/5 stars to come here! More

I instantly felt a great connection with Ben Kuper who made sure to stay in touch with me via text and phone calls. That level of communication was definitely well received and appreciated. Ben answered all of my questions in a professional, yet clear and concise fashion. I would definitely recommend Ben and the rest of the staff at Heritage to my friends and family. It was worth the 6hrs of driving that day. More

After visiting two other Hyundai dealers in the area, decided to try Heritage. Found Stan Gabrovski who was very highly rated on Dealer Rater and dropped him an email request for a price. Met with Stan a week later and we agreed on a fair price with no pressure to buy anything else. The entire team at Heritage Hyundai was awesome and low pressure. Stan was able to locate our model and preferred exterior and interior colors and we were very satisfied. Negotiated an excellent deal online with home delivery I located the car that best car for me (2020 Elantra SEL) thru their extensive stock. A $21K+ auto for under $15K. out the door with Tax, Tags, & Dealer fees for $16,650 Negotiations were professionally completed over the phone with Mr Holliday The deal was made by noon, I completed finance application online and the salesman Deon delivered to my car to my home before sunset. Even after delivery Sarah Herr called me and made sure a couple minor issues were properly straightened out. A very good experience with the team at Heritage Hyundai! More
