Upon entering, the dealership is very bright and very well thought out. There is reception area with two very friendly people who are helpful I was introduced to my sales person John Voong. We went to his office and we talked about what I was looking to do. (I saw a used RX 350 that I was interested in) We went for a test ride and I was able to check off all things I wanted to find out about the car. I decided I was going to buy it. John was very helpful explaining the options I have for paying for the car and offering further insights into the vehicle itself. All extremely helpful. In summary he was very knowledgeable, extremely clear and helpful with all his answers an extremely pleasant person to deal with. I also met with the finance person Sanjay, who was exceptionally well-versed and very helpful. Perhaps like many of us we somewhat dread going to a car dealership… But this dealer dealership and the two people that I interacted with were awesome.
