My husband and I were on the hunt for the best deal for a new or used NX 300. We called the dealership and they worked with us over the phone to pull up some cars to test drive for when we arrived for our ap new or used NX 300. We called the dealership and they worked with us over the phone to pull up some cars to test drive for when we arrived for our appointment. Kayla had done the research and sent us some cars prior to arriving. When we arrived we were greeted by Giovanni and just explained to him our situation and what we were / weren't looking for. He was incredible, understanding, helpful, and overall awesome to work with. We test drove the car, and by the end of the day we were approved and able to pick up our car the next day. Sanjay was incredible also with the financing and made sure everything was in our price range and worked with us and made us feel like gold. Both Giovanni and Sanjay were amazing. The whole experience was easy and fast and they were just so nice to work with. I will definitely go back for when I need a new car, maybe upgrading to the RX someday. I was so thrilled and amazed by the customer service and overall kindness of these two. I highly recommend going there and we definitely will be back for our next purchase! The person I purchased an RX350 from happened to be out on the day we went to pick up the car but we had two very friendly and helpful sales people that helped us out, showing us the car and keeping us on track with the financial part of things as well. I have called one of those people several times since bringing the car home and he always picks up his phone and is happy to answer all of my questions. The actual building they are located in is amazing, complete with a cafe, and is easy to get to. More
