The transmission on my beloved 2007 Pilot died just outside of Columbus on 8/1/2020. We skated into the dealership as they were closing. Jheni introduced herself, drove us to a hotel across the street and gave me her cell number to text. She located a used car on her day off on Sunday and came in early on Monday to accommodate two scared ladies from NC. She picked us up at the hotel in what would become my CRV later that day. She negotiated for us and I believe got me the VERY BEST possible deal she could in the safest car available! She is an amazing saleswoman and a lovely person.
