Bought my 2004 honda civic here . i had a great experience. it was funny, fun, and it was my first car. I was VERY happy with the price and the car. With so many choices available and frankly not e February 14, 2013 My wife and I decided it was time to buy a new car but did not know what to buy. With so many choices available and frankly not enough time to look at every make and model, we limited our selection to just a few. Mercedes, Audi, VW, Infinity, Ford, Lexus, and Acura were our choices. On the first day of our search we came upon Acura of Peoria and had the good fortune to meet Sarah Frey. We told Sara we did not know too much about Acura and we let her explain the different models. Our choice was the RDX, and thanks to Sara, we left with a good understanding of this car. Several days later we visited the other dealers and the more we looked the more we liked the RDX. Several dealer sales representatives were not very knowledgeable of the cars they were selling, which did not sit well with us. The more we looked the more we were convinced that the Acura RDX was the car we wanted to buy. Later that day we returned to Acura of Peoria and Sara was great in handing our purchase from beginning to end. We are very pleased with our Acura RDX and the professionalism of Sara Frey. One of the best dealers I have ever come to like and respect. Both service under Gary and Mike King, the best service writer I have ever encountered along with Vince.....great team!! Service has never let me down no matter what car I bring in. My MDX has never had it so good. Chuck and Sara are true professionals in the front end selling area of the dealership. Acura and its people are a great act, bar none. This is my third Acura and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience once again. Sarah has always been the one that has helped me, but when I asked for her and she was out that day, Fred and Gl more pleasant experience once again. My Expierence at Acura Of Peoria was much better than other other expierence i've had at other dealerships in the area. They were Professional,helpful,straight up and didnt give me any sort of run around other other expierence i've had at other dealerships in the area. They were Professional,helpful,straight up and didnt give me any sort of run around when it came to the price of the vehicle. When buying a vehicle i want to feel comfortable with the place im doing business with and as soon as i walked into Acura of Peoria I felt that way. Based on the service i recieved while buying my vehicle I will continue to be a customer of Acura of Peoria in the future such as getting my vehicle serviced there and any other future car buying needs. More

We purchased Acura TL with tech pkg through them. We took a quote from dealers within 100 miles including the dealers contracted with Costco. They were able to beat the lowest quote by $ 500 and gave us a fa a quote from dealers within 100 miles including the dealers contracted with Costco. They were able to beat the lowest quote by $ 500 and gave us a fair trade-in value. We found them very accommodating-We went to see the car at their closing time 8:00 PM and drove back with a new car at 12:00 AM. After two days we noticed a minor scratch on one door and a trunk mat missing. When we called Ben didn't hesitate to take care of both the things and even huge discount on car accessories. They even gave us a new loaner car during the time of repair. Typically, I would not write reviews. I had such an outstanding buying experience, I believe, Ben and Sara deserve this. More
