I was so pleased to see that Sara Griffith was still a sales person as she had sold us our first mini. We were so impressed with Sara that we bought the 2016 Countryman on the first visit. When my husband passed last January I was left with 2 cars; the other being my 2016 Mercedes GLK. Not wanting 2 vehicles, I sold the Benz as I realized the Mini was my “go to” car. Last week I brought ”Jimini” for service and found the 2020 Countryman needed to go home with me. Sara stepped me through every aspect without a hitch and add in-depth instruction on the car’s technology. She is a super star in my book and I have a new Jimini. Thanks much Sara! More

Quality people from sales associate, to sales manager, finance director and service manager. And, the MINI product is so exciting and the driving experience one-of-a-kind. Sara Griffith is a star sales person. Great people skills, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the MINI brand, patient and helpful in answering questions and providing information. She also gave us an exhilarating warm-up test ride and volunteered to drive our new vehicle to our home in Sarasota to spare us another trip to Clearwater area. Now why I gave 4 starts, it's because the service dept just doesn't care about what one has to say or who knows. I came in to pay for a oil change and they told me NO!, Next I came in was my wipers which I didn't use for 4 months from were I got the car were not working well at all and All I got was someone trying to show me a razor blade to my face to clean the glass. Well I'm not stupid because because I'm been detailing cars for over 40 yrs and I did polish the glass before I went to the dealer which was spotless. I just pay for new ones at their parts dept which help my alot in pricing and repair my wipers which work perfect. Service desk need more training on how to talk to a customer and just say NO!. More
