Now why I gave 4 starts, it's because the service dept just doesn't care about what one has to say or who knows. I came in to pay for a oil change and they told me NO!, Next I came in was my wipers which I didn't use for 4 months from were I got the car were not working well at all and All I got was someone trying to show me a razor blade to my face to clean the glass. Well I'm not stupid because because I'm been detailing cars for over 40 yrs and I did polish the glass before I went to the dealer which was spotless. I just pay for new ones at their parts dept which help my alot in pricing and repair my wipers which work perfect. Service desk need more training on how to talk to a customer and just say NO!. More
