Phenomenal service from Bill Durst and the entire team at Coulter. Bill helped me customize and order a 2023 Escalade Sport. Highly reputable - very good people. Purchased a CPO truck from this dealership two weeks ago. We both knew the original owner smoked when I took delivery after a thorough cleaning. Purchased a CPO truck from this dealership two weeks ago. We both knew the original owner smoked when I took delivery after a thorough cleaning. I returned it for a second deep clean; and the smell was gone for awhile - then reappeared for the third time. So, almost a month after having purchased the vehicle, the used car manager Tom Iles asked me to bring it, select any other new or used vehicle I wanted, and applied 100% of the original purchase price in on the trade. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Kudos to Brittney, Wes, John and Sarah as well - great team effort and old-school outstanding customer service. More

We worked with Sarah and Bill on our purchase of a new truck. It was a WONDERFUL experience. Bill was incredibly responsive and even drove out to get the truck because he didn't know when it would get to truck. It was a WONDERFUL experience. He was so kind, truly did his very best to get us a price we'd be content with and removing the things we weren't interested in having done/paying for. Sarah was incredible, she is very good at her job. She was personable and kind when it was our turn to see her, she made sure we knew what options we had, and didn't pressure us to buy what she was offering. Overall, a 10/10 experience, would recommend them to anyone! More
