I primary reason for coming in was to have an oil change. However the service tech noticed that the frame rails on my truck were rotted through. I'm quite puzzled since this problem has never been brought to my attention. My 2010 truck has not been to any other dealer or shop. I have always brought my truck to Falmouth Toyota where I feel that my vehicle was always being inspected when it was on the lift. After learning of the problem I quickly went over to Ken Collings whom I have worked with before.
