I'll be the first to admit, I went to Northwest Arkansas when I first started looking for a pickup, what did I find?; I found prices advertised that if you didn't meet all the incentives weren't valid and Saleskids more interested in playing on thier phone than helping a customer (I can use that term because technically I am a Millennial) You don't have to go to Northwest Arkansas or Anywhere else to get a deal on a vehicle with great customer service. GMC Purchase I went into the front office to inquire about the new upgrades to the 2020 Terrain and when they would start receiving them on the lot. James Durham I went into the front office to inquire about the new upgrades to the 2020 Terrain and when they would start receiving them on the lot. James Durham was very friendly and personable. He checked his computer--there was one on the lot. He brought the car to the front, and it had everything I wanted. About two hours later I drove that car home!!!
