Wouldn't you really rather have a Buick? We visited the Dealership on a Saturday just to see the car. Johnny Durham show us the car, told us about it, and assisted us in our inquiries. We called back the next week to begin the buying of the car. We essentially bought the car over the phone. Most of the paperwork was done when we got there Friday, the 26. The Needed signatures were done and the financing was done quite quickly by Jon Schumacher. Then Saralinna Wilson accompanied us to the Encore and very aptly showed us the ins and outs of Onstar. She helped us with the setup of Onstar and the GM site. She had much knowledge and was very helpful. She showed great helpfulness to us (2 people over 65) with patience.
