I was not consulted about my financing by Executive staff. I was just given a form to fill out and never asked if I had a preference regarding financing. Decisions were made for me regarding selecting staff. I was just given a form to fill out and never asked if I had a preference regarding financing. Decisions were made for me regarding selecting a bank to finance a loan with zero input from me. The rate was extremely high despite my excellent credit rating. Absolutely frustrating. The bank Honda chose is slow with processing and still has not set upa loan account for me even though it has been 2 weeks since my purchase. I was also am frustrated with the registration process. Honda uses some outside business to do this and it will take weeks for me to register my car in NY. I was told Executive would deliver my car to me before Friday of that week. This did not happen .They did offer to pay for my rental - however I needed my car by Friday so I drove to CT to get it myself. Happy with the car itself. More

Rex Bilachie is the reason I would recommend Executive Honda to everyone! We were helping one of our kids make a first time purchase of a new car. From the moment we arrived, we never felt pressured. Rex Honda to everyone! We were helping one of our kids make a first time purchase of a new car. From the moment we arrived, we never felt pressured. Rex is clearly a well seasoned, personable, and knowledgeable team member. I hesitate to call him a salesman because at no point did we ever feel like he was trying to sell us anything. He was easy to talk to, he listened to our wishes and never tried to push our daughter outside of her comfort level. His patience level was top-notch as well. As a parent, I can appreciate that he wanted to make this first time buying experience for our daughter positive and comfortable. The delivery of the car was impeccable right down to an amazing financing person, Sarina. But here is where Rex REALLY WOW’d us! Four days after delivery of the vehicle, someone hit her daughter’s new car and left the scene. The damage was not major but enough to be upsetting especially for a first time buyer spending all of that money. She went to see Rex and not only was he empathetic and compassionate…he had her bring the car in the very next day. He had some minor fixes done to make it look sparkling new again! I’m not sure of the department that did the work, but they knocked it out of the park. Ultimately it would not have happened if it wasn’t for Rex going the extra mile for our daughter… and it was done Gratis!! He sincerely cared about his customer being happy above all, especially knowing it was her first car. As a parent, it was an amazing experience to see somebody go above and beyond when they didn’t have to do anything more than sell a car. That is something that made a lasting impression. Especially in these times where we rarely see people do something without expecting something in return. Hats off to Executive Honda for having an absolute GEM like Rex Bilache on staff. He is truly invaluable to Executive and I hope he gets a huge bonus!! If you are reading this review and are looking for a place to buy a Honda, I hope that this helped lock in your choice! More

We just purchased our second Honda HRV Sport this year from Executive Honda. I have nothing but superlatives to say about this dealership. From these great "Auto show cars" Ryan is finding and bringing in from Executive Honda. I have nothing but superlatives to say about this dealership. From these great "Auto show cars" Ryan is finding and bringing in to the mild mannered yet extremely knowledgeable salesman Terrance, to the sincere and extremely competent Business Manager Sarina, every second at the dealership has actually made buying these cars enjoyable. We left feeling comfortable that all parties were getting a fair deal and also knowing that we just purchased two excellent vehicles. Thank you Terrance, Sarina, and Ryan! More
