I made my appointment for 1pm and was told it would take 75-90 minutes over the phone. I dropped my car off at 1pm and was told it would be 90 minutes. You can text, email or I was sitting in the service area waiting. I have a Lexus as well and they seem to be way more communicative throughout the process. More
