This dealership has changed ever since it changed to a new ownership. The customer service level is very poor. Communication and assistance is nonexistent when it comes to handling tire warranty claims, t new ownership. The customer service level is very poor. LOVE, LOVE MY NEW ACURA 2022 MDX! ! 3.5 years ago I turned in my Volvo next door walked all the dealerships on Avery and bought my very first Acura MDX 2019 A-Spec. I couldn’t be more ! 3.5 years ago I turned in my Volvo next door walked all the dealerships on Avery and bought my very first Acura MDX 2019 A-Spec. I couldn’t be more happy with this car...reliability in the snow or in the sun and most of all my service advisor, Saul!! Best advisor and service department in Orange County and I have bought over 20 cars! Although hesitant to turn in my 2019 MDX, Marty Patterson found me the perfect match! Marty is more then an experienced sales person. His knowledge of the Acura brand as well as the competition made my new purchase a no-brainer. The new MDX is amazing! Thank you to MARTY and to SAUL for helping my family once again!! More

Saul was friendly and efficient. He kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance activity on my vehicle. I had intended to wait for my service to be done at the dealership but He kept me informed of the progress of the maintenance activity on my vehicle. I had intended to wait for my service to be done at the dealership but Saul had given me an update that other work would be required and one work recommended. At this point he had offered me a loaner vehicle as the service was going take longer than originally anticipated. I appreciated the offer and took him up on using a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. Unfortunately he was not present when I picked my vehicle up as I wanted to find out if he was able to secure the blade that was in my tire. More
