My experience with Acura is most excellent! !! Everyone was friendly and greeted me warmly and asked if I needed help. Especially Jeff Sanchez who is super knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! !! Jeff carefully explain the procedure, process and inspection video when servicing my 2004 Acura MDX. (Still running strong) Jeff showed me waiting lounge with vending machine, restroom and of course the coffee station. While I waited, I decided to check out the new Acura MDX type S. In which a couple of salesperson happily answered all of my questions! I received a text with a inspection video of a mechanic showing me the various problems with my car in meticulous details. In which I found very informative and innovative!!! Acura service department is very fast and efficient! Everything went smoothly and I am greatly impressed and satisfied with their service!!! More
