This dealership scammed us and forged our signature on a car loan agreement. We originally agreed to a certain loan term, only to find out after the fact that they secretly added 18 more months to the loan— car loan agreement. When we confronted them about the unauthorized changes, not a single manager picked up the phone or returned our calls. It’s clear they were dodging accountability and hoping we wouldn’t catch on. This is fraudulent, unethical, and downright predatory. Never again will I buy a car from this place. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere More

Sold me a pre-owned vehicle that had an issue which would not qualify it to be certified. Kia wont cover it. The sales experience at ALM Kia was great. But when I went back for my first service, an 8000 maintenance for my EV6, things quickly went south. First, the advisor repeatedly told me I needed But when I went back for my first service, an 8000 maintenance for my EV6, things quickly went south. First, the advisor repeatedly told me I needed an oil change. Then, after waiting for two hours, they finished my car, I paid, but then they lost my key. The kicker was that they made me wait for over an hour longer before they finally told me that the key was missing. I could see that my car was sitting, locked, but no one would tell me why I couldn't leave. And now - the icing on the cake - the manager offered me a free oil change to make up for all the hassle (in case you are wondering, no, an EV does not have oil). I was at the dealership for four and a half hours. I got my key back a few days later, another customer had taken them off the advisor's desk. So, my key was not secured as it should have been. A hot mess all around. Cannot recommend this dealer for service. More
