I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. ALM couldn’t find the second key or the owners manual when I purchased the telluride, but promised they would have both items the next morning. It has been 3 months since the purchase and I still haven’t received the second key or the owners manual. No one will return calls. KIA’s customer service is also worthless as all they say is “the dealership is responsible for those items” and ALM won’t return their calls either. I will never buy another vehicle from ALM or another KIA. It is baffling to me that I can’t get resolution on these two things after spending $60k on a new vehicle. More

1. The GM is nonchalant, has poor customer service skills and is extremely unprofessional. 2. The GM also approved a deal only to come back later trying to nickel and dime us for a $400 paint fee. 3. After wasting 4 hours at this location, we left without a car because the GM did a poor job of crunching the numbers properly before making us an offer that he ultimately reneged on. 4. The salesperson also tried to sell us a 2023 Kia as being certified but the car had been wrecked. Upon inspecting the car, we noticed, scratched rims, front underbody damage as well as a poorly repaired exterior damage that was obvious to me. Don't purchase the Grey KIA Forte if you are reading this. 5. The original car we wanted was listed online for sale was not there upon arrival, we called before coming and was told it was there. 6. We tried to support a local business in our area but will not be returning to this location ever (we purchased 2 cars previously from there) 7. ALM should stand for A Lousy Manager. 8. If this location isn't profitable, Blake Hodah is the reason why in my opinion. 9. I will be telling my friends, family and network to beware of this locations and I do not recommend it to my enemy. 10. Horrible service and horrible communication. They kept our car for 5 months and fixed nothing. They kept sending us emails that it was repaired and they never fixed anything. One time we came to see what was going on and they told us “a part was missing” and asked us where it was. We explained nothing was missing when we dropped it off. They later found it in their mechanic shop area. We felt with over 3 managers and 5 specialist. Every-time we got a new promise but nothing was ever fulfilled. We had to call corporate twice. It was a horrible experience. To the point I don’t ever buy another Kia again. Just to be sure I don’t have to deal with them. I absolutely hated dealing with them. They never picked up the phone. They never called when they said they would. Everytime I wanted some king of update, I had to drive an hour up there everytime to talk face to face because they never called back or picked up the phone. Just horrible. More

I purchased a car for my father-in-law on 6/28/2024. The temporary tag expired in August and I called the tag office to see where my tag was at and they said that nothing had been sent over from the dea The temporary tag expired in August and I called the tag office to see where my tag was at and they said that nothing had been sent over from the dealership. I called the dealership and they said there was an error on their end on where the car was to be registered. (This response was given after I tried to call the dealership for several days trying to get in touch with someone). I spoke to Angel who then referred me over to Jaylynn. He mailed me some documents to sign again. I signed it and sent it back the very same day via the return envelope that was sent. It is now a month later and I called my tag office again. Again, they said they have nothing from the dealership. I called the dealership and Jaylynn said he would call me back, he has not. I called the corporate office and they said they have not received anything from the dealership as well. I called the office several times to get in touch with someone, but I have been unsuccessful. I am extremely frustrated and tired of going back and forth. I need this resolved. I have also paid in full over a month ago and the tag office said they have not received any information on that either, or anything from Kia releasing the title. I need this to get taken care of. I have purchased several cars from other dealerships before and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of willingness to help on something that I had paid the dealership to take care of. We finally received the tag 4 months later and we are still waiting on the title. More

This dealership admittedly damaged the car on all sides during the buying process. The excuse given by management is “these young salesman aren’t careful sometimes” and “That’s why you should have bought i during the buying process. The excuse given by management is “these young salesman aren’t careful sometimes” and “That’s why you should have bought it on my first visit”. The dealership obviously had a problem with me comparing offers and not buying until I was able to secure insurance which is normal shopping practices. As a solution, salesman manager also offered me to pay for it myself out of pocket and said they would make no adjustment on the price or deal. In any other industry, if the product is damaged, the price would not remain the same and the dealership would use better customer service rather than rolling the cost to me. This was a purposeful shady hateful retaliatory gesture. This dealership expected me to make a 5+ year financial commitment over the weekend, which is unreasonable. To top it off, they ran several duplicate credit inquiries on the day of purchase, after I had already gone through the approval process. This seemed like an intentional move to hurt my credit profile and future creditworthiness. Lastly, I received the car after what they called a “full detail,” but it still had sticky marks from no-smoking stickers on the center console from when it was used as a rental car, which hadn’t been cleaned. For a $40k purchase, I expected much better. More
