Happy with My Salesman, but not the actual Service I purchased a car on 05/05/2019, Drove car off the lot 5 min and the car went up in smoke, Contacted the lot they sent someone to pick myself and Husb I purchased a car on 05/05/2019, Drove car off the lot 5 min and the car went up in smoke, Contacted the lot they sent someone to pick myself and Husband up and bring us a loaner vehicle and they had the car towed back to the lot the next day, It took 3/4 days for them to contact me in reference to what was going on with my Car, what they have obtained money for and paperwork signed. The car Radiator had burst, the car was smoking and all the transmission fluid was on the ground and the car stop and would not move, this was so devastating, the Managers act as if they did not car and I was made to feel as if it was my fault, this car lot indicates that they stand by their word and they check all cars, they kept my car so long and gave me the run around about it, didn't wanna fix it and then wanted to pay more money to have it fixed, they tried to get me another car just like the one that I Purchase and then tried to say they was doing me a favor bc the other car was cheaper but it wasn't what I wanted nor like the first car. After 2 weeks went by I finally got my car back and they stated that had to replace the radiator, to find later that after having the car for almost a month with making my 1st car payment, the car starting having a hard jerking pull, and the brakes scrubbing, then took it back had it check the Service Manager stated that he did here that, then they took my car to Infinity to also have it check and they stated that they didn't find anything wrong, but ALM KIA Service Manager stated that they did, so again they kept my car for 2/3 days and didn't wanna provide me with a loaner until I kept complaining and finally they did give me a loaner ALM did, to find after having it, I got locked out of the loaner at my home unfortunately and they had to send someone from there service department, the Manager to unlock the car because the battery was bad in the lock and then they was upset and had an attitude about that. ( Anything that has occurred with this car and they feel that they have to be responsible for they just tell you its nothing wrong when it is, This is and has been the worst experience in all my life. Also they owe me an oil change free and also they owe my a set of Infifniti mats for my car which they promise me I have never got it and also every time I ask they have an attitude and they do not get them for me. Also I have met with the Manager of the store Salem, once and after other issues have occurred I have went up there tried to set an appointment to see him again, left messages for him to call and has not got a call back. So JUST FYI THIS STORE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS FOR REAL AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORDS, THEY ALL SAY THEY ARE A MAN OF THEY WORDS, WHen really just give these little xx xxx deals or make you think and scam you. MY SALES MAN WAS GREAT EXCELLENT I GIVE HIM 10 STARS, Because they hands are tied they are allowed to do so much, Chris Gant was excellent great customer service, and there is a young lady w/ a New Orleans accent ( Iran Jones )she is Great also, but everyone else is not MANAGERS ARE GOOD MANAGERS. The only reason I came to this store because of Chris Great Customer Service, but as for your Receptionist at the front ( First Impression) Rude when they answering the phones they have an attitude I have been hung up on multiple times. They are just horrible. so before Management try to communicate customer service top the employees they need to consider on taking an Customer Service Class, Oh and Mr Johnny ( I think his name he is over all Customer Service he has none himself he is the worst More

Best car buying experience in years! Ralph Clark knows Kias inside and out. He was able to help us identify the right car for our needs and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. Ralph Clark knows Kias inside and out. He was able to help us identify the right car for our needs and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. He is capable, professional, and understands how to efficiently determine what the customer is looking for, even when the customer is unsure about what they want in a vehicle, either new or pre-owned. The opportunity to try a couple of different cars was very advantageous. There was no pressure and no struggle over price, either. The finance manager was very straightforward and we were thrilled to buy an extended warranty that was less costly than BMW, Mercedes or Toyota and considerably more comprehensive. Overall, from reception to the pick-up of our new car, and everyone in-between, kudos to this dealership, its salesforce and management. This is a team that has pride in the product and themselves. Don't bother going anywhere else to look for a car. Buy with assurance and buy a car made in Georgia! More

Disrespectful They told me I needed to put a deposit on a Telluride so no one else will take it. I came down to set it up and then they said I didn’t need to becaus They told me I needed to put a deposit on a Telluride so no one else will take it. I came down to set it up and then they said I didn’t need to because the deal was pretty much done. They took $1000 out of my checking account AFTER the deal was done. I paid cash for my down payment. My wife has cancer and I was buying the car to surprise her for Mother’s Day. I contacted Kia and told them I needed my money back in my account ASAP! Because I had Mother’s Day coming up in and my sin’s Birthday as well. They told me it will be in my account in 3 days. I said that’s not acceptable because I didn’t authorize anyone to take the money and my son’s birthday was in two days. They didn’t do any. 3 days went by and they told me 3 more days. Then again that went by and they said 3 more days. I ended up calling the General Manager and Johnnie Williams called me and said they will take care of me. I told him I needed to be compensated for this mistake “outside of just getting my money back” because it just wasn’t right and I didn’t have any money for my son’s birthday and also on Mother’s Day. I was very frustrated. Johnnie kept saying he’s working something out. Then after a few days he told me “let’s just wait for the money to be deposited first and then we will take care if you”. I thought that was not right because why do we have to wait in order to talk about how I will be compensated. I finally called and texted him once the money was deposited over two weeks later and he has not returned my texts or calls since! So they held me off until the money was returned then went back on their word to compensate me. Meanwhile I wasn’t able to accommodate my sick wife on Mother’s Day nor my son for his 12th birthday. Plus I continued to get lied to the whole time. More
