Came from Royal Kia with their salesman Michael Thomas, who was very personable and professional. Looked at a GMC traverse and bought it . Everybody at the dealer ship were very nice and helpful. The minute we drove up and were walking around the lot, we were greeted by Scott Abbott. To be honest, in the all the dealers we have ever shopped at, Scott made this trip (and purchase) one of the best e we were greeted by Scott Abbott. To be honest, in the all the dealers we have ever shopped at, Scott made this trip (and purchase) one of the best experiences we have ever had. He spent an amazing amount of time with us. Showed us the vehicle my husband was interested in. Was very attentive, gracious and no games. He was the nicest individual we have ever dealt with. We made our purchase at Royal Buick and would happily purchase from them again. I would also like to say that dealing with Joseph in the parts department was also a good experience.
