I thought I had a small issue with new trucks tailgate speakers. Turns out if was not an issue with my truck but an issue my phone. As soon as I pulled up Kyle was ready to assist. He did a quick diagnost speakers. Turns out if was not an issue with my truck but an issue my phone. As soon as I pulled up Kyle was ready to assist. He did a quick diagnostics of the issue and found a resolved it himself. I appreciate his support and his sense of urgency to get me in and out without in a fashionably manner . Did a good job getting me in and out! Technicians could not figure out why my rear camera was not working improperly. I had it in your shop 4 times in about 6-8 months before they finally Technicians could not figure out why my rear camera was not working improperly. I had it in your shop 4 times in about 6-8 months before they finally got it right! Very frustrating for me. Also, the lock for my wheels were missing, which had to be ordered and the insert handle on the rear door fell out during one the times they checked the rear camera and technician didn't 'replace it. ( Check with RALPH NAHMOD, he knows all about these issues). Not sure if I would use your shop again. The service pick up and delivery by Rick was EXCELLENT! More
