Customer is service was really bad , they did not give me second key, and they were not helpful. They tried to add an extra charge on my purchase without telling me about it and tried to scam me for an ex me second key, and they were not helpful. You give 750 for repeat customers. Then charge a 750 dealer service charge? Doesn’t seem right. Was never offered any oil changes or promotions that I was the first car I bought. How do I save money? And there’s a monthly charge I was not informed of. Been on the phone with them 6 times. Then I pay 26000 for a car and I have 2 different sets of tires. Doesn’t seem right to me. My fault for not asking questions. I feel I was taken advantage of. Didn’t even know the price of the car til I signed papers and it was too late then.
