I have a 2016 Lexus ES 300h hybrid car, purchased new. This car has about 92K miles on it. There are no Lexus dealers in the greater Daytona Beach area where I live. Daytona Toyota has done all the routine maintenance on this vehicle, including a new set of tires. Scott Crocker is my Service Representative and handles each service visit. Scott and I review each 5K mile service and together decide what to do. Then as the comprehensive maintenance checks are made, Scott and I decide what other services should be done. At the end of each visit Scott gives me a brief preview of major work coming up on the next 5K mile visit. I am very satisfied. I am planning on buying a new 2021 Lexus within the next year and will rely on Daytona Toyota for my service needs. Harvey Singer More

Tundra Service I've never been a big proponent of dealer service centers in the past couple of decades. With my Tundra, I took it to Daytona Toyota's service department each and every time and could have been more happier! Scott Crocker is the man! Scott Crocker was pleasant and efficient in servicing my vehicle in a timely manner. Brian Reinhart, in parts, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the part for my car - 5 stars. So far, I like the new automated system that was installed with the screen showing status of the vehicles and appointments. One issue, with an attendant that took the keys to move my car. He came up to me and asked if I needed to take anything out of the car which I replied no. Then he came closer and and rather aggressively said "I asked you if you needed to take anything out of the car". Which I replied "I already told you - no". This was mentioned that Scott and he said he would talk to him. Perhaps, a little more training is required. More

I’ve bought more than my share of cars and would rate this dealer as our most favorite. They go out of their way to help get us the vehicles we want. We’ve yet to get this kind of from other dealers! Jeff Michael was out salesman on our last two cars and we couldn’t have been more happier! Sales managers were quick to put together a great deal and cut out all of the senseless haggling! Our finance department experience was outstanding! Shout out to my finance guy who has sweet white 4Runner he’s building. Sorry, forget his name! Great dude! And their service department is also made of winners, Scott Crocker is a rock star in that department! Like I said a couple of years ago, I will continue to do business with Daytona Toyota.
