My 2017 Tundra was running rough and was experiencing poor gas mileage, So I brought it into service, to see my Advisor Scott, to determine what could cause that. Scott took the vehicle in and within may poor gas mileage, So I brought it into service, to see my Advisor Scott, to determine what could cause that. Scott took the vehicle in and within maybe 1/2 a day, his techs diagnosed the problem but told me the part was special order. Without hesitation he put me in a courtesy vehicle, and had me back on the road the next day. No more surging, my mpg is back up, and the price was surprisingly reasonable for a dealership. Definitely recommended! More

Service was fast and great I was 30 min early and they took my truck immediately. Only issue I have is when I’m trying to be up sold on maintenance. I was told I should have my brake fluid flushed, transf took my truck immediately. Only issue I have is when I’m trying to be up sold on maintenance. I was told I should have my brake fluid flushed, transfer case serviced and differential fluid changed and I know that the service manual says 75000 miles on the transfer case and differential. So why would u tell me I need that to be serviced when I only have 63000 miles. and I checked my brake fluid and it is spotless in they’re I can see all the way to the bottom More
