The dealership is close by to my home, and the staff are nice there, however, I really miss the service that I used to receive at Lexus. I have brought my car in a few times and of those times I’ve complain nice there, however, I really miss the service that I used to receive at Lexus. I have brought my car in a few times and of those times I’ve complained of a rattle by my heads up display. The first two times they didn’t hear it, and this last time they did and supposedly fixed it, but it’s still rattles and drives me crazy. I know it is close by, but it’s kind of a hassle to make an appointment and stay there for an hour while I wait for this again to maybe or maybe not work More

Good but not great. They special ordered mud flaps. Then they texted me of arrival. They installed them that day. This would give them a 5 star rating.
