Mgmt is terrible and he’s rude. No phones in dealership so you can call in to check on status with vehicle. And since only one service writer he couldn’t answer. I was so mad. And of course I showed that I was mad and mgr started getting on me, he’s lucky my husband was with me cause I would have cussed him out. He thru me out of office! So what. Two other customers had to come down to dealership cause they couldn’t get thru on the phone either. I had appt at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm still not down. I’m going to find a different dealership More
