I purchased a vehicle from you and the rear brakes were metal to metal . I called to resolve the issue and was put on speaker phone and laughed at and they passed the phone to a manager and was told twice metal to metal . Handled my daughter's car with such care, and walked her through every step. They only talked about the facts, and made suggestions where they thought were needed, and made her aware of things coming up with the vehicle. Professional, friendly, and incredibly experienced! Those years of service that Rick and the team have, speaks volumes. I will only go to Montrose for any service work. Thank you everyone, for taking care of myself and my family. More
