Everyone rocks at Stamford Ford! There are other Ford Dealerships closer to my home. I travel out of my way to Stamford Ford because they often go out of their way for me! Bob gave me an awesome appraisal price for my trade in. PJ, my sales consultant extraordinaire, was a pleasure to work with and exceeded all of my expectations in the purchase of my 2013 Edge. Tony made the financing experience easy breezy, and Dan was a huge help in orienting me to all the new tech bells and whistles. I can not be more excited about my new car, and look forward to continuing with Scott and the rest of the team in Service! This is no ordinary dealership. This is a fabulous place, and a wonderful experience! More

Perfect...Could have not been better...A+A+A+ I have dealt with all 3 advisers at one time or another...All 3 of them were very professional and made me feel right at home with all of my concerns. I have dealt with all 3 advisers at one time or another...All 3 of them were very professional and made me feel right at home with all of my concerns. From a simple oil change to more involved repairs...they explained all of my options (with no pressure) which made me feel very trusting and comfortable. I don't think the service at Stamford Ford could get any better...The service manager was right there observing and making sure everything went perfect!!! From the guys checking in my vehicle to the shuttle driver A+A+A+ all the way around. This is my dealership for life!!! More

Great Customer Service Can't beat Stamford Ford when it comes to customer service. I had asked last minute if it would be possible for my daughter and I have our oil changed Can't beat Stamford Ford when it comes to customer service. I had asked last minute if it would be possible for my daughter and I have our oil changed on our Ford Escapes on the same day and even though I know they were busy, Scott Ferrara did his best to make it work for us. Leadership in Customer Service I had a tire blow out and needed a tire replaced on my car. I showed up at Stamford Ford without an appointment needing my tire fixed and Scott Fer I had a tire blow out and needed a tire replaced on my car. I showed up at Stamford Ford without an appointment needing my tire fixed and Scott Ferrara in Customer Service was very understanding of my needs and immediately handled the situation with professionalism. I left the tire there, They called me when my new tire was mounted and ready and my car was back on the road. Thank you to Scott Ferrara and the Stamford Ford team for all your help. Dennis Piche More
