Great customer service by Scott Ferrara I had to bring my car back in to resolve an ongoing issue with the original alignment that was done and a sound I was hearing from my tires. As usual, I had to bring my car back in to resolve an ongoing issue with the original alignment that was done and a sound I was hearing from my tires. As usual, Scott Ferrara, in service, was able to help me. He was very accommodating and was able to get my car looked at first thing on a Saturday, the only time I was able to come back, since I live 1 1/2 hours away and work full time. This dealership is wonderful, which is why I travel a great distance to come here, but I am always most comfortable and reassured when Scott takes care of me. He is a great asset to your dealership. More

First time there Very professional from the moment you get on their property. You can immediately tell that they are serious about their business. Scott was my service Very professional from the moment you get on their property. You can immediately tell that they are serious about their business. Scott was my service consultant and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He checked me in and had me on my way in short order. When I picked my car up Scott explained what had been done to my car every step of the way. Not all of the issues were resolved 100% but it was understandable and we agreed that I would bring my car back at a later date to complete the work. Nothing urgent. If you own a Ford and need service in Westchester Ny or Fairfield Ct you should try Stamford Ford, they are a pleasure to deal with. I will update this after my next appointment. More
