They gave me a couple of different options and recommendations on what to do. that was a relief because I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off by them telling me to do something expensive without any other alternative. The experience was courteous and professional. I usually don't like going to dealerships to service my vehicle, at the moment I had no other choice, but I'm glad it was this dealership.
