Subaru at Ford I brought my car in with a concern on my right pass wheel. I spoke with the service manager Eric and he had Scott handle my situation. They checked out my vehicle and told me what was wrong. They gave me a couple of different options and recommendations on what to do. that was a relief because I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off by them telling me to do something expensive without any other alternative. The experience was courteous and professional. I usually don't like going to dealerships to service my vehicle, at the moment I had no other choice, but I'm glad it was this dealership. Will continue to do service here in the years to come More

In fact, as i think of new cars, i tend to look only at Fords because I'm not sure I could get this level of service elsewhere. My experiences at audi and volkwagen and volvo were less possitive.
