This dealership sucks. The level of customer service is worse than zero. I have been a client for over 10years. There was a time when the service was excellent. Dominic must've stepped away from the bus worse than zero. I have been a client for over 10years. There was a time when the service was excellent. Dominic must've stepped away from the business because the standards he once demanded have been completely abandoned. The Service department leaves people on hold for 15-30minutes at a time. They promise to call you back and never do. I dropped my Truck off for engine repair 2 weeks ago. They still havent managed to get the parts in and they haven't even bothered to call and update me. I have called on multiple days, but no one knows what is going on and I have been left on hold for 15 minutes+ each time and eventually disconnected. I am done with this dealership. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. They've made me actually want to drive a Chevy -- which will be the next truck I buy. More
