They didn't have the color we wanted, a limited color choice is offered on the LX verison so Scott Glazer found the CRV for us. Since the proper paperwork couldn't be found myself. "I misplaced the title of the trade in" Jim Cossette had to finish up the sale since Scott was going on vacation. All myself and my wife can say is "THANKS JIM!" We had a challanging sale on our part since the information on our transfer of plates didn't match DMV records! Jim made the corrections and re-did all the paperwork for us! This is our second new car purchased by us from Scott and come to find out, Jim sold me my used car I bought at the dealership as well. After all is said and done, a great sale was completed very professionally! More

When it came time to buy the car he was out on vacation but Kim knew exactly what we had reviewed and what I was looking for. One day later I picked up my new car. Another team member spent an hour with me going over the features and menus and was also patient and willing to explain. Thank you for the excellent service!! More

This visit I was interested in an upgrade of my CRV; however, a new Pilot caught my eye on the way inside. I wished to test drive one, but the one I saw was being delivered to a customer. I had to be on a wait list due to popularity & availability. I did test drive a CRV, but still wanted to do the same with a Pilot. My salesman, Scott Glazer, contacted me when one arrived and I immediately went and test drove the vehicle. I was hooked, but wanted the rest of my families input. We all agreed this was for us. Scott, as always, provided us with his attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, approach to doing business.
