I am very pleased and satisfied with my most recent service maintenance on my 2018 Nissan Sentra. My service advisor, Junior Sequi, was very focused on my concerns, for the issues with my Sentra. You was very patient, listened very carefully and attentively to my explanation. Junior assured me that the Nissan Napoli maintenance/service team would identify the issues and proceed to resolve and repair my vehicle. And Junior was correct. It all depends who you talk to. Some are honest some not. Be careful very careful. Don't rush things. Go with your first instincts. My most recent visit to Napoli Nissan, in Milford, CT. , was a happy one. Junior Sequi, my service advisor, once again, was most attentive and understanding to the service issue, with my 2021 Nissan Rogue. , was a happy one. Junior Sequi, my service advisor, once again, was most attentive and understanding to the service issue, with my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Junior and the service team identified the problem and immediately repaired and resolved the issue. Outstanding & Most Professional Service…AGAIN!!!
