He is knowledgeable, thorough when explaining Honda cars, and very patient with questions and the stress of purchasing a new vehicle after 11 years with the same one. I had a great test drive. We went over all the components of the car and everything it had to offer. Once we were done I knew this was the car I wanted. I did lease a 2018 CRV EXL and I am so happy I did. Our lease finance was smooth, there was some negotiating on our trade in, and that was smooth, as well. We were greeted with a smile from the front receptionist when we walked in. She even got me a bottle of water while we were waiting. Not once did I ever feel as though Scott, our salesman, or Brad, the finance person were only speaking to my husband. They both had a clear understanding this was my car and were very good about speaking to both of us. The entire experience has made me feel very good about my decision. I would send anyone I know to this dealership without hesitation. More

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted (down to the specific VIN#) and how much I wanted to pay. Scott made it quick and easy. His concern for me even after the sale was above and beyond my expectations. An observation that I must mention: The crew at the Honda Superstore were like a happy family welcoming a new family member. Coming from a North shore suburb of Chicago, I could have chosen any Honda dealer in between but instead chose to go to the Honda Superstore of Lisle and have never once regretted the decision. (We actually ended up buyi My family and I went car shopping at "The Honda Superstore of Lisle" last Wednesday (08/09/2017) to look for a new vehicle. (We actually ended up buying a Pre-owned 2016 Honda Civic Sedan-Touring) We sat down for a couple of minutes until we were greeted by Scott Heger. From that meet and greet moment, I know right away that this is the kind of a salesman to trust with our car buying. Scott listened to us all the time and answered our questions patiently and honestly. Scott made us feel comfortable at the showroom. He went above and beyond showing us all options, and he made sure that my family ended up with the car that we want. There were no hassles, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks. While doing the paper works, Scott always comes back to us very often to ask if we were doing fine specially our kids and ask too if I want more coffee. My 8 y/old daughter even ask me if I’ve known Scott for a very long time because of how comfortable we talked to each other. For me and family, when somebody treats you with GREAT RESPECT, it’s a deal breaker for us. Thank you so much Scott for treating us with great respect. You are a great man. My family appreciates every little thing that was done during that day. And to the whole team! Great Experience - Scott is the man! I test drove a car with Scott last year. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and when I told him I was going to hold off on buying a new car af I test drove a car with Scott last year. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and when I told him I was going to hold off on buying a new car after testing multiple makes and models he was understanding and polite. When it came time to purchase a car this year, Scott was the person who immediately came to mind. After test driving the car again, I signed the papers and Scott took care of everything. I haven't dealt with too many car salesmen, but Scott is far and away the kindest and most helpful I have worked with. I would recommend for anyone in the market for a car to go see Scott! More
