When I first came to Wilde years ago, I always knew this was a place to return to when the time came for vehicle change. This time around I finally had the pleasure of working with Scott whom I had seen aro was a place to return to when the time came for vehicle change. This time around I finally had the pleasure of working with Scott whom I had seen around the dealership other times I was there. He was always very personable and nice and seemed well knowledgeable about Hondas so I was thrilled when he took over my car deal from Renee whom I have to give a shoutout to as well as she did help me get the process started. I hope someone shows this to Renee as I am not able to tag her right now. Scott was excellent in communicating with me via email and answering questions I had as I waited for my car to finish being built and be delivered. Delivery day finally arrived and Scott was there for me from the time I arrived at the dealership to when it was time to go home with Lady Blue the 2nd (my car's name). He made sure I knew all there was to know about my HR-V even though it is my 3rd one :) Paperwork is never anyone's favorite thing, especially me with a long last name :) but Brent made the process a quick as possible and with ease and explained each form thoroughly. Thank you Brent! And last but never least, Steve deserves a shoutout too for all his hard work on this. He cut my interest rate in half and also lowered my payment. He is really good as what he does there and I hope he stays at Wilde for a long time. He makes sure everyone gets the best deal possible. Thank you Steve! I really don't think that any other dealership can match the level of service that Wilde provides. As I've said, this is not my first purchase here and I still have never felt pressure to buy.
