He spent time explaining all of the different available features to help me decide which was the right one for me. Also, this purchase was so different from other experiences that I've had and the other dealerships that I visited. Scott was patient, knowledgeable, honest and even funny.....crazy to say but, I really enjoyed being at the dealership. He even ran it through the carwash himself when I stopped in with question this week....and I didn't even think it was dirty. :) Bravo to you Wilde for providing such a different experience for the customer. This was the first time I've looked into leasing and was a little hesitant not knowing what to expect. Scott went above and beyond answering every question that I had, he really knows his stuff! When it came to the paperwork Brent was also very helpful explaining the process, what to do with insurance and helped me decide the best route for me. At first, I was sure there was going to be a catch somewhere along the way, but instead every step of the process was explained and I was treated like I'd been part of the Wilde family for years.
