My salesperson, Scott was able to assist me with every single aspect. He knew so much about Honda and the Civic's, explained to me how leasing works and made the whole process fun and quick. I'm so glad I started my research at Honda, it most definitely was not like other experiences that I've had with previous car purchases. We began discussing options over the phone with our salesperson, Scott Jensen and when we came in to meet with him, we were even more impressed. He understood exactly what we were looking for, found us the perfect vehicle, the right color and all still within our budget. Not only did he assist us with setting up our CR-V exactly the way we wanted it, he even introduced us to Val out in service and made sure that if we had any issues to let him know right away. He even ran our car through the car wash when we just stopped back in to ask a question about our radio.....unbelievable customer service! A wonderful car buying experience we were referred by a friend to talk with Scott Jenson about whether a. 2015 Honda Accord might fit our needs. We had two meetings with Scott with tw we were referred by a friend to talk with Scott Jenson about whether a. 2015 Honda Accord might fit our needs. We had two meetings with Scott with two test drives. Scott was friendly and informative and not pushy in anyway which we appreciated. Scott answered all our questions and he was able to give us specific information on the car that was tailored to our needs ( We are retired and travel a lot). After we determined to purchase the car, Scott gave us an exhaustive, hands on review of all the cars features. Scott set up the car for our personal settings while we met with the finance folks, and explained the after purchase service and informational seminars available to us. We are very pleased we were able to deal with Scott for our purchase. It was an excellent car buying experience. Scott also has helped us with a post purchase issue which is much appreciated. We also met with I believe Kathy Kay in finance ( I could be mistaken, and it could have been Karen). She also fully explained our options for maintenance agreements and extended warranties, as well as explaining all the legal paperwork that needed to be signed. She was professional and courteous. In our experience with other dealerships, it is during this finance stage that there can be high pressure brought to bear on the customer to purchase an extended warranty. We never felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy the warranty although Kathy did her best to sell us a warranty package and she presented several options with varying costs. We did not purchase a warranty package but we did purchase a three year maintenance package. The finance stage was very smooth and professional. Fun, knowledgeable employees made process quick & easy! Valerie helped me get my Honda Odyssey in the same day for new tires even though they had a tight schedule. I mentioned that I was considering a trade Valerie helped me get my Honda Odyssey in the same day for new tires even though they had a tight schedule. I mentioned that I was considering a trade, so she recommended I talk to Scott. The next thing I know Phil (who covered for Scott) was helping me & my 4 assistants (ages 9,8,7,5) look at new Odyssey's and crunch numbers. After bags of popcorn, bottles of water & a quick hour passing, my crew voted for the silver Odyssey! I was able to come in the next day solo & go through the paperwork with Brent to make sure that everything fit my family's needs. Scott made the process so easy & his follow-through was amazing! I am appreciative of the TEAM effort displayed by Wilde East Towne Honda & I will continue to do business here in the future. More

Wilde East Town Honda has the leasing process simplified and pain free. The experience was awesome from the test drive through to the financials. Awesome people, awesome environment, fabulous vehicles. So much so that we came back later in the day and my husband bought a CR-V as well. Highly recommend this dealership. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the Best experience I've ever had. More
