He worked with me to get into the best car for my current situation and at a payment that fit in my budget. Not only did he help with finding the right car, but he's also checked in with me several times since to make sure that everything is still working as good as it was on day one. Very happy with my decision to lease and my choice to go to Wilde. Will absolutely recommend to others and can't wait to check out the free popcorn on my first service visit! More

The best dealership out there Scott Jensen is the best car sales person out there. It was the first time I have ever been shopping for a car by myself. I had very specific requirem Scott Jensen is the best car sales person out there. It was the first time I have ever been shopping for a car by myself. I had very specific requirements to a car, and Scott heard them all and helped me to find the best car to meet my needs. Additionally, he was able to help me with all other aspects of purchasing a car - insurance, logistics of dropping off the car I was using and picking up my new car from the dealership, picking up accessories, and so on. I didn't feel pushed or rushed at all, but as soon as I made my decision on which car I wanted everything was done so fast! Janet was very helpful filling out a financial application form, and Karen was fantastic with all the financial paperwork. Karen also helped me to choose the best maintenance plan that fits me the most. Everyone from a front desk person to the dealership owner have been so nice, friendly and respectful! As soon as I need a new car I choose WILDE again and I will most definitely recommend it to everyone I know. More

Just walking in, I could not have been more impressed with the showroom or the way I was greeted by the staff. I was welcomed by my sales person, Scott Jensen, and I was immediately impressed with the way he greeted me and my daughter. After introductions, he began asking questions about what I was looking for and even involved my daughter into the conversation. There was no pressure to buy and it didn't even feel like he was trying to sell me anything, rather he was there to help me decide which SUV met my needs, and maybe more importantly, my budget. His knowledge of the Honda lineup and all of the different features available helped me find the perfect vehicle for us (a CR-V). When explaining all of the features in my car, he answered every question that I had and even told me to give him a call if any other questions came up down the road. When we were ready to leave he even said goodbye to my daughter by name and told her to call him when she starts driving (in 5 years).....which made her smile. Then he even suggested some areas in Madison for us to visit while we were in town. The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic and I will recommend both Scott and Wilde to everyone. More

My wife and I were impressed with Scott's knowledge of the CR-V and his patience in responding to our many questions. We also liked the fact that he did not push us into making a decision and did not downplay our current vehicle nor the dealership from whom we purchased the vehicle. Scott also expressed a willingness to answer any questions we might have in the future. This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. More

From test driving to final purchase, he provided great advice and a lot of useful information, not only about Honda vehicles but about my personal needs as well. His professionalism and friendliness is the most important reason for me to choose Honda, which was not on the top of my car list before. The 5 stars I rated is all for him (I will give 10 if I could). Definitely recommend him as your sales consultant!!! Finance - On the other hand, I am not very happy with the Finance part. With a great interest rate and quick process, there should not be much to complain about, but the overall experience is not very nice. It seems that the finance people do not have enough customer service experience and the words from their month do not make me feel comfortable and probably be insulted/judged in certain ways. Another thing is you need to pay special attention to the price of additional products (e.g. Gap Coverage, Extended Warranty, etc.). Instead of offering the total cost, they play a trick on the numbers to just show how your monthly payment would be like if you choose these products. At the beginning, I thought the total cost is $460 (because they did not clearly explain what the number really means) and I thought it is a good price, then it turns out the the monthly payment would be $460, which means additional $100 per month and $6,000 as total!!! But after I say I decline all these, there is no hassle. As customers, we will make the best decision with all the information transparent and available. Also, I do not like to go to the back office and meet a strange person to do all the financials. If my sales consultant recommend the financial products to me based on my personal needs with honesty and helpful advice, I think I will probably take some. This is the traditional way to do business for years, but maybe it is time to change. All in all, I get the car I want; price and financial is good; purchasing process is efficient; overall experience is great. Recommend. More

We were treated with respect My wife and I don’t consider shopping for a new or used car much fun, but when we started what we both thought would be a arduous journey, our fe My wife and I don’t consider shopping for a new or used car much fun, but when we started what we both thought would be a arduous journey, our fears were soon put to rest after meeting first David Burns and then Nathan Wood. Part of our concerns were should be buy used or new?, stay with the CRV?…what kind of trade-in value did our present car have?, etc. Not only did these two gentlemen answer a multitude of questions which we had competently, but with professionalism and respect which kind of closed the deal. When we left home we didn’t think we would be returning with a new Honda CRV, but the afternoon was surprisingly productive after arriving at Wilde and meeting a salesman who put out his hand and welcomed us and asked us how he could help. Exceeded my expectations! I must say that I was blown away by how wonderful my experience was at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had purchased my last car (a Prius) in 2008 and decid I must say that I was blown away by how wonderful my experience was at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had purchased my last car (a Prius) in 2008 and decided that it was time to get something a bit bigger and AWD. I had done a lot of research online and had narrowed my search down to three different vehicles...one of those being the Honda CR-V. Scott Jensen was the salesmen that took me under his wing. He was very patient and answered all my questions while I was deciding if the CR-V was the one for me. I must say that it was the way I was treated by Scott that ultimately made my decision to purchase the CR-V. He was very patient and never pushy to make a sale. He never bad mouthed the other vehicles that I was looking at (can't say the same for the other dealers). I will say that when it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will definitely be a repeat customer of Wilde East Honda and I hope that Scott will still be there. I tend to keep my vehicles for many years so you just never know. :) More

Extrordinary Customer Service This was my first experience with Wilde East Towne Honda and the first dealership that I've been to since I purchased my Accord 9 years ago. What a d This was my first experience with Wilde East Towne Honda and the first dealership that I've been to since I purchased my Accord 9 years ago. What a difference from what I remember back then! It was finally time to go into a bigger vehicle and my sales person Scott Jensen made sure that we found the perfect vehicle for me and my family, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He answered every question that I had and could not have been any easier to work with. My schedule is very busy and he was so accommodating. Even when I had to reschedule my appointment (twice) he completely understood. It was more like talking with a friend rather than a sales person, but I know that none of my friends know as much about the Pilot as Scott did! He linked my phone, programmed my stereo, adjusted all of my settings and then he and a co-worker even delivered the vehicle to my home.....after they closed for the night!!! What kind of a company does that? A company that is truly focused on customer service, that's who. I've had my new Pilot for a little over a month now and love it just as much as the day I got it. Thank you for making this such a great experience. I won't be waiting another 9 years before I make another visit to Wilde. E.T. More
