I did my research, knew exactly what car I wanted, had gone to a local dealership to test drive it, and knew how much I should expect to pay for it. Mac Haik Chevy had the best prices and the largest volume of Tahoes around, so I decided to make the hour drive into Houston from Navasota to make my purchase. I hopped on here and read through reviews, and the same name kept coming up with 5 stars! Vince Swanson! So, I decided to give Vince a call, and I’m so glad I did. We scheduled a time to meet the very next day. He was there on time, had multiple cars pulled up to the front for me, and made every single step easy and flawless! There was zero pressure! Zero stress! Zero haggling over the price. I got every discount available, and he made sure I got top dollar for my trade in. Paperwork was quick and easy. Vince had my new car filled up and washed while we handled everything on the back end. He even walked my husband and I out to meet the service director in person and assured we would always be taken care of at Mac Haik! This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone at Mac Haik Chevy was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Vince Swanson, and I will be back for future purchases! We have some teenagers about to start driving, and even though Vince is in new car sales, he’s working double time with the Pre-Owned department to be on the lookout for a quality/safe car for my girls. He’s simply amazing! Go with Vince! More

On August 5, we visited Mac Haik Chevrolet in Katy to look for a truck, specifically a 2025 Chevy Silverado. We were assisted by Abel Sixto, who had previously helped us in November 2024 to find a 2025 M look for a truck, specifically a 2025 Chevy Silverado. We were assisted by Abel Sixto, who had previously helped us in November 2024 to find a 2025 Malibu. Abel found us exactly what we were looking for back then—color and all—and we are still thrilled with that car! During this new visit, Abel showed us the excellent variety of vehicles available for trade-in and helped us find the exact truck we wanted. Since it was late and we were with our granddaughter, who is under two years old, we decided to return the next day to finalize the deal. The following day, Abel was unavailable, but we were assisted by Jorge Sánchez, who was equally professional and helpful. He confirmed that the truck we wanted was ready, and it was indeed perfect. We also want to acknowledge Freddy, the manager, who was attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. Overall, our experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet was outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely committed to helping customers find exactly what they want. We highly recommend Abel, Jorge, and the entire team for anyone looking for a seamless car-buying experience. More
